AFFINA is committed to contributing to community and charity. The goals of AFFINA’s corporate Good Citizenship program are twofold. First, AFFINA desires to support those organizations whose efforts and focus are most closely aligned with employee interests. Second, AFFINA wants to support organizations that have a significant positive impact on the quality of life in the communities where our employees live and work. To achieve these goals, AFFINA appoints key employees to serve on charitable contributions committees at each AFFINA location. All committees have a budget from which to award funds to charitable organizations in their communities that meet eligibility requirements and goals of our Good Citizenship program.
To ensure our charitable contributions are aligned with employee interests, AFFINA conducts an end-of-year annual survey at each location. Employees are encouraged to provide input on what community events and organizations they wish for the AFFINA office in their city to support, either through monetary sponsorship or in kind donations of services and products.
