AFFINA announced today that Donna Malone has been named President and CEO. Malone succeeds Mark K. Attinger, who has served in the role since 2004. As President and CEO, Malone will oversee the Company's North American operations, as well as set corporate strategies for growth and operational excellence.
Malone joined AFFINA in 1999, and has since served in roles of increasing responsibility in the Company's operations, client services, business development, and executive leadership functions. She most recently held responsibilities as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Client Services. She has a bachelor degree from Illinois State University.
"Donna has proven successful in setting solid strategy while driving results, all with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction, corporate performance, and new client acquisition," said Attinger. "These traits, as well as Donna's remarkable passion for the overall success of AFFINA and our clients, will serve as a strong foundation to assume this leadership responsibility." Attinger will continue to serve in an ongoing advisory role for the Company.
"I am very pleased to have Donna at the helm of AFFINA, and am confident that under her leadership, AFFINA will continue to grow," said Partha D. Sarkar, CEO of HTMT Global Solutions, the parent company of AFFINA. "Over the past three years, Mark Attinger has built an incredible amount of momentum for AFFINA, instilling strong processes and discipline that has translated to a higher level of service to our clients and their customers. I look forward to Donna continuing to build upon that solid foundation and lead AFFINA to even greater success."
