Bryce Hayes Named Vice President of Client Services at AFFINA

June 27, 2008 - Peoria, Illinois

AFFINA - An HTMT Global Solutions Company announced today that Bryce Hayes has been named Vice President of Client Services at AFFINA, effective immediately. In this role, Hayes will have responsibility for strategic growth and client satisfaction for North American clients served in the Company’s global locations.

For the past four years, Hayes has served as Chief Operations Officer for the Company’s operations in the Philippines. Additionally, he has more than 15 years of contact center experience holding leadership roles in training, quality, performance management and operations worldwide.

Hayes earned a degree from Utah Valley State College and two degrees from the University of Utah. He is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and was the recipient of the University of Utah's President's scholarship. He has relocated from Manila, Philippines to the Company’s corporate headquarters in Peoria, Illinois.
