As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll handle inbound calls to assist customers in the following industries: Consumer Products and Packaged Goods, Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, Automotive, and Federal Government. Depending on the area you're supporting, you'll help customers with product installation, use, and troubleshooting - or simply offer basic customer service. To make sure you're up to speed in your position, we'll provide all the in-house training you need, then follow that up with a rewarding, progressive work environment that allows you to do your best.
